Lavatory Service Unit – Chassis Commerciale
The lavatory servicing units are designed for aircraft toilet discharge/replenishment services with high standards of safety, reliability and hygiene. They are mounted on a steel frame fixed to the chassis of the vehicle and have 2 tanks (waste and water) made of 3 mm thick AISI 304 stainless steel. Depending on the model, the water tank load capacity ranges from 300 to 1000 litres while the waste tank rangers from 600 to 3000 litres.
To the rear of the frame the vehicle can be equipped with a platform lift with a maximum lifting height of 3000 mm. The platform can be equipped with anti-collision sensors (ultrasonic and/or antennas). On request, the tanks and the system can be protected with an insulated canopy. The water system consists of a bronze transfer pump with a flow rate of 90/min, a digital litre counter with preset automatic stop, a transfer pressure regulator, automatic backflow, and a 4-metre long hose with standard aircraft coupling.
On request, the vehicle can be equipped with a side channel vacuum pump with overflow valve and an automatic system for washing the waste tank with a hydraulically operated drain valve.
